Leadership asks us to develop authority, make difficult decisions and navigate complex relationships. Yet beneath these everyday demands lie deeper psychological patterns, the expectations we carry, the professional personas we develop, the parts of ourselves we may have set aside, and our need for recognition, belonging and certainty.
There are moments in professional life when something begins to shift. A familiar way of working may no longer feel quite right. A relationship, decision or situation may touch something deeper. It is in the relationship between these inner and outer realities that a deeper understanding of how we lead can begin to emerge.

A Jungian approach looks beyond the immediate situation to explore what may be taking place within you, between you and others, and beneath the surface of professional life.
Together, we explore the conscious and less conscious patterns that shape how you respond, make decisions, exercise authority and relate to others. This can deepen your understanding of what informs your responses and choices, what is yours to carry, and what may belong to the wider professional context.
For women, this may mean moving beyond conventional ideas of leadership and allowing a more individual relationship to authority to emerge, one capable of holding strength and receptivity, thought and feeling, action and reflection.
Rather than adapting oneself to another ideal of how a woman should lead, the work invites a closer relationship with one’s own values, inner authority and psychological life.
The Work
A Reflective Space for Individuation
I offer a confidential space in which to pause and consider what is unfolding within and around you. The aim is not to prescribe another model of how a woman should lead, but to support the development of a way of leading that is more conscious and more fully your own, grounded in a deeper understanding of yourself, your relationships and the world in which you work.
Ultimately, this is concerned not simply with becoming a more effective leader, but with the deeper question of who you are becoming as you become more aware of the unconscious patterns and inner forces that shape how you think, feel, relate and act in the world.
