The Individuating Woman is a Jungian approach to feminine leadership for women who want to explore not only how they lead, but who they are becoming through their work.
Leadership asks us to develop authority, make difficult decisions and navigate complex relationships. Yet beneath these everyday demands lie deeper psychological patterns, the expectations we carry, the professional personas we develop, the parts of ourselves we may have set aside, and our need for recognition, belonging and security.
There are moments in professional life when something begins to shift. A familiar way of working may no longer feel quite right. A relationship, decision or situation may touch something deeper. These moments can invite us to pause and pay attention to what is asking to be understood.
A Jungian Approach
A Jungian approach looks beyond the immediate situation to explore what may be happening within you, between you and others and beneath the surface of professional life. Together, we look at the the conscious and less conscious patterns that shape how you respond, make decisions, exercise authority and relate to others.
This can deepen your understanding of what shapes your responses and decisions, what is yours to carry and what may be unfolding in the wider professional context.
For women, this can mean moving beyond conventional ideas of leadership and allowing a more individual way of leading to develop, one that can hold strength and receptivity, thought and feeling, action and reflection.

The aim is not to prescribe another model of how a woman should lead, but to support the development of a way of leading that is more conscious and more fully your own, grounded in a deeper understanding of yourself, your relationships and the world in which you work.
